When you cancel your server, it is destroyed immediately and your billing will stop.

You can cancel your server at any time by logging in to your control panel, clicking Manage next to the server you'd like to cancel, and selecting Cancel Server from the menu. You'll be taken to the cancellation page for the server you've chosen, where you'll be asked to read through some information and enter your password to confirm the cancellation. Once you have done this, your server will be cancelled immediately.

Once you have started the cancellation process, it is irreversible. Laser Shark does not store backups of cancelled servers, and we cannot stop a server from being destroyed by our system once you have cancelled it. The exception is if you take an image of your server: server images will be retained even if the servers from which they were taken are cancelled.

Then, we'll stop your billing and remove your server from your account completely. You won't be charged again for that server, and all files and databases will be deleted shortly. You will automatically receive a service usage refund for the server if you are part-way through a month.

Please note that Laser Shark is not liable to you for an inadvertently or incorrectly cancelled server, as stated in our terms of service.
