When you cancel your server, you are eligible for a 'service usage refund'. We won't refund you for the whole amount, but if you cancel your server part-way through a month (including the first month), we'll refund you the cost for the rest of that month.

For example: Let's say you buy a Base VPS on the 1st of March. You use it for a while but on the 15th of April you decide to cancel it. Since you've gone into your second month, you will have to pay the £5 per month charge twice (once on setup and once on renewal). However, because you're only halfway through April, you will be refunded £2.50.

Refunds are processed automatically by our self-service cancellation system, and should appear in your bank account three to five days after you cancel your server (but sometimes sooner, depending on your bank). If you haven't been issued a refund and you think you ought to have been, please let us know and we'll get a refund sent over.

All domain names are non-refundable. Registrations are processed immediately and may not be cancelled until the domain is renewed.
