Not by default.
Laser Shark may take occasional backups of our servers in the event of a problem at one of our datacentres, but we do not back up customers' servers. Therefore, if something goes wrong with your server and you lose some files, we can't get them back for you.
However, you can enable backups for your server if you'd like to do so. Just select the option to enable backups on the configuration screen. You'll be charged for these backups at one fifth of the server's price—that's £1/month for the Base server or £2/month for the Plus server, for example—and you can disable them at any time (but you can't re-enable them once they are disabled).
Please note that, as explained in our terms, we are not liable for any losses you may encounter as a result of lost files.
